Returns and Refunds

Do your shop refund if the package is lost?

Yes, definitely. Refund will be made if delivering hasn't arrived in 30 days. Please message if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time. I will process a lost claim with our shipping courier and this process takes 30-45 days minimum. Once processed and approved, they will send a refund for the value of lost items (ONLY) which I will forward to you.

If the package is lost, how to do?

When you haven't got the package in 30 days after the shipment. Just contact us, we'd file a written tracking form with our agent and we could get back to you in one week for the tracking results. If the time after the package sent has been past 30 days, we could immediately refund you the whole amount. However, for parcels, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number and said delivered, it is out of our hands. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered.

How should I issue refund when there is broken or quality case?

You should notify me within 24 hrs on the day when the package was received. Send me a "CONVO" right away. After 36 hrs the item(s) is considered as "SOLD" good condition and no missing item(s). No request will be answer. Thanks for the understanding. Note that shipping cost is not refundable on the total price of your purchased item(s) and this time you will going to pay for the shipping cost to send back the item(s) to me. Once I received the item(s) from you I will send your refund through Paypal. All return items will be charged for 15% re- stocking fee.

All orders would be shipped within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. And depending on your location it would take 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
