Lanco White-Seal is a one-component, thick, high performance styrene-acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to any surface and it will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Lanco White-Seal reflects sun rays and reduces inside temperatures. Uses: For waterproofing and protecting a wide assortment of approved roofing systems and/or substrates that are structurally sound such as modified asphalt membranes built-up roofs, asphalt shingles, wood roof decks, concrete roof decks, metal roof decks. Do not use on rubber roofs (EPDM) or polyurethane foam.
