The Robelle 100 ft. Cable and Winch secures a winter pool cover to an above ground pool. Run the cable through the perimeter of the pool cover, then use the winch to tighten the cable and secure the cover. The cable is heavy-duty and wrapped in plastic. The winch is a standard grade and will hold the cable all winter long. Will not work for pop up pools, only for pools with a top rail.
