This feeder is sturdy and holds up well to woodpeckers of all sizes while still be small bird friendly for those liking the contents. I don't use sunflower seeds due to the shells but do use a no-mess mix and woodpecker mix which is heavy on shelled peanuts and peanut pieces. It's easy to clean and to fill. I bought a second one to trade off when rain wets the contents. The hanging loop did break off the first one so I had to improvise a wire hanger to keep using as the original loop is welded on.

I just purchased this and within 1 week of using it, the top green knob (the tiny piece soldering the metal circle to the top of the feeder) broke off rendering it useless. Do not recommend.

The birds love this and I like the tiered way it holds the seed so that it isn't just concentrated in the bottom. Seems sturdy and easy to clean. It does let a lot of seeds pool on the tray, which is my one concern.
