I was surprised how easy it was to use the products. I am repainting my dining and living room and the floors looked worn after the fresh paint. Bona brought the floors back to life. They look gorgeous.

Read and reread instructions. Carefully vaccumed, swept with Bona dust mop and then proceeded with Bona cleanser then polish. Results?.....dissapointment, hardwood was left looking like this.

We really never polished our hardwood floors and my wife always used the mop method to clean the floors. That always left them looking smuggy. I researched some products to polish our floors and decided to use the BONA Kit and I bought some extra polish. My wife loved the process and the result after cleaning is BEAUTIFUL. It looks like a new floor. We put our home up for sale and the floor sold it. My wife and I love the product and will use it in our new home 1st thing. The hardest part was moving out the furniture prior to cleaning and the polishing. That little bit of effort was worth a whole lot!

New model is awful. Pads do not stick at all and slips off. Base is too thick and can’t reach and clean in the corner or along baseboards.Now I’m looking for a different brand of mops

I bought it last week, it’s waist of money. I am housekeeper for 17 years. I used old model it was very good. The new one is hard to work with. The pads don’t stick on the mop and mop is keep flipping over, person who made the improvement probably never ever even try to work with it. Don’t buy it!!!!!!!?

Better directions would be helpful!

I bought this cleaning kit for our new hardwood floors. The lack of information is frustrating! How much cleaner do I use? Do I first get the pad damp, wet, or use it dry? How long do I allow the cleaner to dry before using the polish?

I moved into a house with hardwood floors on the first floor and wanted to clean and polish them before moving in (as well maintain them while living there). This kit had everything I needed and they look so much better! The polish left a beautiful shine on the floors making them look freshly sealed and not dull like they were before. Only problem is that when I washed the pads the one I used for the polish is rough (like dried residue) and still dirty. I am afraid it will scratch or undo the work I did if I use it again the way it is. So overall great starter kit but I got to figure out how to more thoroughly clean the pads (other than washing machine instructions on the pad’s tag)
